How To Make Pumpkin Pudding

 Salam & hi to all,

its not my number 1 favorite dish, but my kids love it. its too easy to make. here are the ingredients :-

one medium size of pumpkin (1-1.5 kg), peel the skin, and dice to any size you like.
from anti clockwise : a glass of milk (fresh milk preferably), 4 eggs (organic preferably), half teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 5 table spoon of sugar (from organic sugarcane/normal sugar). MIX ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS IN A BLENDER.
then pour it in the container
seal it with an aluminum foil
put it in the oven for an hour, 180 deg C
its cooked!!

you can serve anyway you like. its nice to eat this during rainy season :)
