Brain Fog and Virgin Coconut Oil

Please check this out, i am quite surprised to find out that virgin coconut oil (unrefined) can actually do more than wonders!

As an asian who lives in the a country where coconut is easily grown and bought, this is a good piece of information for me and for you too :)

Unfortunately, virgin coconut oil here is rather expensive! you can find them in pharmacies at MYR 75.00 per litre! the cheapest is MYR 60.00 per litre :(

my advise, make it yourself, its easy (since whole coconut is cheap here). pls check my previous post on how to produce unrefined, uncooked virgin coconut oil at home.

How To Make Virgin Coconut Oil At Home

I would like to wish all muslims around the world "Ramadan Mubarak"!! :)

Do you know that Virgin Coconut Oil has been nominated as the best oil in the world?
How to make it? its easy!

3 kg of coconut cream (you can make it yourself, just type how to get coconut milk in Youtube)

pour them all in a container

close the container with its lid

leave it for 2-3 hours, the pure cream floats

IMPORTANT!
 after you see the cream floated, put the container in the fridge to solidify the pure cream.
 once it is hardened (solidified) take it out from the fridge.
Note: coconut cream solidifies at 22-24 (an below) deg.C

next step is to throw the water.
poke with a fork or anything, make few holes

pour out the water ( leaving the solid pure cream coconut in the container)

this is how it will look like

close the container and leave it for 24-36 hours

you will see the virgin coconut oil emerges, the protein and water

scoop out the oil

u need a filter funnel

put in some cotton

like this

2 pieces of kitchen tissues or cheese cloth if you have

arrange it like shown in the picture

filter the oil

VOILA! pure, crystal clear virgin coconut oil

tips :
 if you love recycling, you can use any plastic bottle, cut it like in the picture to make it as a funnel.
the remainder of the bottle can be used like what i did (be harmony with the earth :)
